About Us:
Woods Photography is a dynamic real estate media company looking for a creative and motivated photographer/videographer to join our team. Your primary focus will be creating engaging social media video content for real estate agents, along with photographing homes for listings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate, photography, and videography, with a keen interest in social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos of residential properties for real estate listings.
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms, highlighting properties, agents, and real estate events.
- Work closely with real estate agents to develop creative video ideas that align with their branding and marketing strategies.
- Use drone footage for aerial shots and property overviews (must have, or be actively working towards, Part 107 drone license. Must obtain in the first 90 days).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or strong interest in real estate photography/videography (experience in social media content creation is a plus).
- Knowledge of photography and video equipment, lighting, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Must be, or actively working towards, obtaining a Part 107 drone license for commercial drone operation. Must obtain within the first 90 days after hiring.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and the ability to create content that is optimized for these channels.
- A portfolio showcasing previous photography and videography work (real estate and social media content preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with real estate agents and team members.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive in problem-solving.
