Title : Program Supervisor
Salary : Starting at $75000 / annually depending upon education, experience, and licensure.
Responsibilities :
- The Program Supervisor will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the MCORT teams.
- Expected to review and sign-off on at least 20% of MCORTS reports for quality assurance purposes.
- Expected to manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing any performance issues.
Qualifications :
988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams
The program operates throughout Burlington County and Mercer County providing mobile crisis outreach response services for adults through the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. This includes providing immediate and timely crisis intervention services, providing de-escalation and stabilization services in the community, and working to prevent hospitalization and law enforcement intervention when possible. Services are provided in via mobile outreach services throughout the region utilizing teams of two staff to provide both crisis assessment and support.
