Loan Processor, Auto Finance

Job description

Woodside Credit is a Newport Beach based classic and collector car finance company seeking a highly motivated professional to join our operations team as a loan processor. Duties include processing loan files for funding, working with the sales team and underwriters to satisfy customers loan requirements for funding, contacting customers and dealers to get required documentation to process loan files for funding. The ideal candidate must project a positive and professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction with clients in addition to having superior attention to detail.

Responsibilities

· Process loan files for funding with superior accuracy

· Ensure that all required documentation is included in loan files

· Work with sales team to make sure loans are processed for funding quickly and efficiently

· Follow-up on loan stips with customers and dealers, ex; proof of income, insurance, proof of residence, driver’s licenses, etc.

· Answering company phone to assist clients and directing calls to appropriate parties

· Confident interacting directly with clients over the telephone.

Skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Sharepoint.

· Outstanding telephone etiquette.

· Knowledge of defi LOS helpful but not required.

Education

Four year college degree preferred.

Work Schedule

Typically 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. May require working some overtime and the occasional Saturday shift.
