LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN
Provide hands-on landscape services to residential and commercial properties to include

Provide hands-on landscape services to residential and commercial properties to include
but not limited to the following:
- Mow grass, prune trees and shrubs, spray and/or pull weeds according to
instructions and planned design of landscaped area
- Remove rubbish and trash from maintenance properties and disposes properly
- Assist and/or repair irrigation as they are needed and scheduled
- Communicate with staff and supervisor needs or deficiencies related to landscape
maintenance
- Educate general labor personnel on proper maintenance techniques
- Report any problems that arise to the Landscape Supervisor

- Employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions
- Employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Noise level in the work environment is usually loud

- Wear uniform during working hours.
- Properly maintain and secure equipment while in storage and/or transport.
- No music while operating equipment and limit cell phone use to lunch time or
emergencies
