About the Role :
- Develop and implement new and updated reward policies, programs, and practices in alignment with the Total Reward Framework.
- Collaborate with HR to provide specialized guidance on reward and benefit design, implementation, and industry best practices.
- Manage remuneration policies and processes for the Woodside Group of Companies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead reward projects to create and implement regional reward policies that align with Woodside's strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the HR team to offer expert advice on reward design and implementation.
- Gather and analyze market data to support the development of reward programs and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Foster a culture of rewards and recognition within the organization.
