Your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chef's instructions and standards.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory control to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Participate in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
