As a Maintenance Technician, you -
- Would be responsible for preventative maintenance and scheduled tasks for:
- HVAC equipment
- Plumbing
- Electrical and security systems
- As well as the maintenance of the building interior/exterior structure:
- Painting/staining
- Grounds duties
- And snow removal

Education / Experience –
- We are searching for a hard-working individual who desires to learn higher level maintenance skills while on the job
- High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to fulfill “on call” duties within 30 minutes are required
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License
- Willingness to perform in and around a healthcare setting in both business office and direct patient care areas
- Employee may be exposed to heat and/or cold during the workday
Salary : $19 - $24
