You would be responsible for preventative maintenance and scheduled tasks for HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical and security systems as well as the maintenance of the building interior / exterior structure and painting / staining, grounds duties, and snow removal.
This position offers a variety of work tasks and a great deal of autonomy. Most importantly, our employees interact with our residents in a warm and inviting setting, emphasizing the familiarity between staff and residents as we serve them within their home.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma / GED required. Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
Basic computer skills and the ability to fulfill on call duties within 30 minutes are required, as is a valid Wisconsin Driver’s License.
