As the Resident Concierge, you –
As the Resident Concierge, you –
- Answers phone calls and greets people entering the establishment, communicates with residents, family members, or individuals to answer questions or direct their inquiry to the proper personnel.
- Responds to inquiries from families, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources by providing information about the facility, including tours.
- Communicates effectively with prospective residents, families, coworkers and the public for accurate and timely information.
- Explains policies, procedures and services to potential referrals and new admissions using medical and administrative knowledge.
- Works closely with the Admissions Coordinator to assist with assigned admission and discharge tasks and duties as assigned.

Education / Experience –
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills strongly preferred.
- Previous long-term care experience or experience working in the medical field preferred.
- Must have basic Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel knowledge.
