As a Shower Aide, you -
- Promote principles of resident directed care including honoring residents' desires, strengths, and preferences. Promote residents' highest level of function.
- Responsible for managing and executing the showers of the residents including nailcare as needed.
- Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support.

- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a CBRF or other healthcare setting strongly preferred.
- Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain required.
- Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred.
