Inside Sales Representative: Management Track
Location: Brenham
Compensation: $15-$17/hour, approximately 45 hours/week

During the 90-day evaluation period, you’ll receive hands-on training in sales while also learning how our retail stores operate on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with the possibility of promoting into an Assistant Management role. This includes tasks like managing inventory, dispatch, personnel management, and working with the team to meet goals. While moving into a management role is not guaranteed, those who perform well in sales, show strong leadership skills, and gain a solid understanding of store operations may be considered for leadership opportunities.

Position: Inside Sales Representative
Reports to: Store Manager
Our Inside Sales Representatives keep our stores operating smoothly by assisting in retail sales and customer support and helping with store functions such as stocking, inventory counts, and more.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and product recommendations.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide an exceptional in-store experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cash Handling:
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Count and verify cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain cash handling procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with inside sales activities, such as promoting special offers..
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and product features.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed to ensure product availability.
- Assist with store merchandising.
- Keep the sales floor organized and well-maintained.
- Report inventory discrepancies or low stock levels to the supervisor.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts as necessary.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications
Skills/Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a cashier or inside sales role is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a team and thrive in a customer-oriented environment.
Salary : $15 - $17
