Description
This candidate will be primarily focused on designing, developing, debugging, and testing embedded software to support the company's mission. Utilizing various tools and technology, you'll package embedded software products for release to our government customers. Additionally, you'll perform design reviews with team members and government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of applicable experience with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical major OR One (1) year of applicable experience with a Master of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar technical major OR Minimum of five (5) years of applicable embedded developer experience
- Experience with low-level programming in a Windows, Linux, or RTOS (i.e., VxWorks, uC/OS, etc.)
- Experience developing in C, C , and Python
- Experience automating the testing of embedded software running on embedded devices
- Experience with integrated products
- Experience with product life-cycle management
- Excellent communication skills with team and clients (both written and verbal communications)
- Team-based collaborative abilities
- Resourceful in terms of problem-solving and troubleshooting
