**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential and commercial properties. Your exceptional cleaning skills, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service will make a significant difference in our guests' experience. **Responsibilities** - Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces - Conduct thorough cleaning of carpets, floors, and surfaces - Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing - Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a high level of cleanliness - Maintain housekeeping supplies and restock as needed - Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff and duties - Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols - Perform tasks related to hotel operations, such as handling linen and guest amenities **Experience** - Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hotel setting - Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights - Familiarity with commercial cleaning and housekeeping management - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules **Skills** - Residential and commercial cleaning - Sanitation and disinfecting - Excellent customer service - Carpet cleaning and floor care - Laundry and linen management - Commercial cleaning and housekeeping management - Cleaning and housekeeping experience - Hotel and hospitality experience - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
