We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, carpets, and surfaces.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed.
- Carry out carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with custodial duties as required, ensuring all supplies are stocked and available.
- Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Proven experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Knowledge of laundering processes for various fabrics and materials.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Previous experience in hotel or residential cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
