Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshooting processes.
- Fabricate components or parts as required for repairs or upgrades.
- Utilize welding techniques for metal repairs or fabrications when necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems.
Skills
- Knowledge of general electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of general plumbing.
- Drywall, painting, fixing and replacing equipment.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation within various systems.
- Ability to supervise projects effectively, providing guidance to team members as needed.
- Competence in reading schematics for various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Skills in fabricating parts or components using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Strong maintenance skills with a focus on preventive measures to minimize downtime.
