Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Motorcycle Sales Desk & F&I Admin Support. This role focuses on providing administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations. This includes assisting with processing motorcycle sales transactions, preparing financing documents, and deal building. Your behind-the-scenes expertise will be essential in ensuring a smooth purchasing experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with inputting all necessary customer information.
- Assist with preparing and verifying financing documents, loan applications, and extended warranty paperwork for online customers
- Work closely with the Sales/F&I Manager to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and that all stipulations are collected, submitted, and approved by the lender.
- Assist with managing title, registration, and tax documentation for online transactions per state requirements
- Input and maintain detailed and accurate records in dealership management systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of sold units
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in sales administration, finance, or a similar back-office role (automotive/motorcycle industry experience is a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in dealership management software, online sales tools, and financial systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Interest in motorcycles or powersports is a plus
