The Woodstock Athletic Club at Woodstock Inn & Resort is the area’s premier facility for health and recreation. The club offers lessons from USPTA-certified instructors, court rentals, swimming, cardio and weight equipment, movement and cycling studios, outdoor trails, fitness and yoga classes, and an indoor pool 一 all under its 42,000-square-foot roof.
The Woodstock Athletic Club at the Woodstock Inn & Resort is seeking a Lead Front Desk Supervisor to join the team.
The Lead Front Desk is responsible for all front desk operations and supervisory tasks, including, but not limited to: Scheduling desk staff shifts, maintaining SOPs for desk tasks, membership services including creating contracts and payments, scheduling and chairing monthly desk team meetings, all desk tasks including Mindbody scheduling, greeting and checking in guests, daily statistics, payments, and MOD duties. As Lead Front Desk, it is essential to create and maintain streamlined procedures and cultivate a professional team environment. This position is part of the Athletic Club leadership team, so weekly meetings and close communication with the Athletic Club Director, Tennis Director, Member Services Manager, and Operations Manager are a key part of this position.
