Kelly Way Gardens is a farm-to-table program started from scratch, providing the Woodstock Inn & Resort with an on-site holistic food supply straight from the ground. We specialize in unique and heirloom varieties and provide culinary inspiration to our chefs and beauty to the Resort with over 200 varieties of vegetables, 50 varieties of herbs and edible flowers, 75 varieties of berries and orchard plantings, a mushroom glen, and 200 varieties of cut flowers.
One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking an Organic Gardener to join the team.
The Organic Gardener is responsible for assisting the Garden Manager in the execution of the Resorts Organic Market Garden while also focusing on interior plant maintenance and seasonal decorations for events, guests and public spaces.
Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of gardening (vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers) with a strong desire to learn organic gardening techniques.
This is seasonal position (40 Hours a week) for the summer of 2025 working mainly Tuesday-Saturday but being flexible including weekends and holidays. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have strong working knowledge of indoor plants, gardening (specifically vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers) utilizing organic gardening techniques. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and be able to lift and carry 30 pounds. Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be able well organized.
