**Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain staff schedules with precision
- Track attendance, monitor lateness, and absences
- Provide insightful reports to management regarding productive and non-productive hours
- Post monthly staff schedules and facilitate changes
- Coordinate and approve trades, ensuring seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals
- Collaborate with HR to ensure prompt and fair administration of attendance policies
- Provide timely reports to DON, Facility Administrator, and management on staffing-related issues
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a scheduler preferred
- Prior experience working in a longterm care setting
