Woodstock Veterinary Hospital is a quickly growing hospital that specializes in personal client and patient care. We are searching for an empathetic, compassionate individual that will share our values and core beliefs to be a Client Service Representative. As our CSR you are the first and last person our clients see when visiting, you represent the image of the hospital and will be held to the high standards we have set for ourselves.
We are looking for the right charismatic person to work Monday, through Friday (some weekends), flexible hours . Be available to work community events (vaccine clinics), 1 - 2 times monthly -

Our available position entails, but is not limited to:
Warmly greeting clients and building a lasting relationship with them
Impeccable phone skills
Scheduling and managing daily appointments
Processing clients and patients in and out of the hospital
Educating clients
Phone triage
Processing payments, handling of money and daily closing
Handling of client/patient records and reports
Basic office skills
Additional requirements:
Work weekends and community functions
Attend Continuing Education Seminars
Salary will be based on your experience, $14 per hour
Bilingual preferred but not required
