What are the responsibilities and job description for the eCommerce Fulfillment and Customer Service position at Woodstock Vitamins?
Woodstock Vitamins is our online supplement brand (woodstockvitamins.com).
We're growing, and we need team members to assist us in scaling up.
We are seeking someone to pick-pack-and ship the daily orders, manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer support requests, and maintain our pick/pack/ship areas.
Relevant qualifications/skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with online order fulfillment
- Technologically savvy, being familiar with web-based software
- Experience with ticket management systems, such as Zendesk or Tidio
- Ability to assist with in-store supplement support issues, if appropriate, and inventory management tasks (cycle counting, warehouse management)
Job Details:
- Coverage required for 9-6 Mon-Sat
- Ideally two part time people are hired, but we can identify a need for a single full time person with a part time person as well
- Promotion to fulfillment lead or customer service manager as we scale up!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
