Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients' medical conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Safely drive emergency vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving patients or medical equipment.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in critical care transport for patients needing specialized medical attention.
- Assist in urgent care situations by providing timely interventions and support.
Requirements
- Certification as an CT Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and CT emergency protocols.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient needs effectively.
- Experience with medication administration and monitoring vital signs is preferred.
- Capability to drive emergency vehicles safely under various conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous experience in 911 transport EMS is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $22.06 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
