Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for new concrete construction and concrete repair projects. The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for start-up, takeoff, and review of specifications of plans for the Concrete Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural concrete and be able to complete takeoffs from plan, specifications, and quantitative bids.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates to achieve profitable work from clients
- Complete takeoffs from plan, specifications, and quantitative bids
- Review specifications of plans for Concrete Division
- Start up and takeoff for new concrete construction and concrete repair projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator
- Experience in structural concrete
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software such as OST and Bluebeam
