Job Title: Teller/Backup CSR
Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, a community bank in New Hampshire, serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers. We are currently seeking a full-time Teller/Backup Customer Service Representative at our Plymouth Branch.
Teller/CSR Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions efficiently while providing superior customer service.
- Offer products and services that meet customers' needs.
- Provide account services, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and selling cashier's checks.
- Balance cash drawers and ATMs.
- Scan teller transactions for electronic submission.
- Order cash for the branch or serve as a backup for cash ordering.
- Answer general customer questions.
Teller/CSR Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use and learn computer-based systems.
- Cash handling experience.
- Attention to detail.
