Job Summary
Store Manager for the Woodville Surplus Scrubs Shop, located at 4602 Talmadge Road, across from Franklin Park Mall in Toledo. The store features 3,600 SF of medical scrubs and related accessories. We are currently seeking a take-charge manager for this specialty store.
Responsibilities and Duties
The manager will direct all operational aspects of sales and store operations and will be responsible for staffing, store operations, outside sales, customer service, and inventory control. In addition to leading the day-to-day operations, your objective is to monitor the store POS system, assist executive management with marketing strategy, support accounting and buying staff, and provide training to store personnel. The company is seeking a hands-on team player, min. 5 yrs. Retail management experience and 2 years of college. Prior experience working in the specialty uniform business will be given preference.

GENERAL SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written; presentation, customer service, general business skills; Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams Basic accounting and data entry skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required. Associates degree preferred. General store management experience. Experience working with POS systems Experience creating training tools Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry
