Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop strategies for supporting students’ learning and behavioral challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for students facing personal or academic difficulties.
- Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Facilitate workshops and programs on topics such as conflict management, stress relief, and cultural diversity.
- Monitor student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to parents and educators.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress while ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements
- Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field
