What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barber position at Woodward Barbers?
We are a classic high-end barbershop seeking a skilled and experienced barber/cosmetologist to join our team. Our barbershop is known for providing top-notch grooming services to our discerning clientele, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
As an experienced barber, you will be responsible for providing traditional grooming services such as haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, as well as modern styles to keep up with the latest trends. You must have a strong understanding of men's grooming techniques and be able to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experience as a professional barber/cosmo
- A strong understanding of classic men's grooming techniques
- Experience with modern styles and trends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A valid barber/cosmo license
- first two months come with a minimum income guarantee of $200 per day ($25/hour).
- Our base haircut is priced at $40 (30 minute)
- Medical Primary Care Membership (50% contribution)
