- Starting hourly base pay: $20.50
- After shift premium: $22.55

What You Will Be Doing
- Perform tests on various parts to ensure customer specifications are being met.
- Assemble parts to partially completed units using basic tools, fixtures, and gauges.
- Read work instructions and diagrams to complete assembly and heat treat functions.
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task workload meeting furnace schedules and testing requirements.
- Some furnace testing and troubleshooting will be required as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma is required
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
