- Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73 (minimum) - $23.41(midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum)
- Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.92 (minimum) - $26.15 (midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum)

- Installing lee plugs, STI’s to support housings department production goals.
- Performing various tasks including pressure washing, laser marking operations, and pressure testing
- Following work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to complete operations accurately.
- Using various hand and air tools, inspection equipment to ensure customer and company specifications are being met.
- Documenting your work in company database and Microsoft programs to track quality, non-conformances and operations.
- Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Note: Some product lines have heavier lifting requirements due to product type.
- Ability to stand for entire shift. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
- May be required to pass Near vision and/or Color vision examinations
What We Are Looking For
Level 1:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- No experience is required, on the job training is provided
- Willing to learn new and challenging operations
Level 2:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 or more years of experience as an operations technician or production worker is highly desired.
