Estimated annual base pay: $107,200(minimum) - $134,000(midpoint) - $160,800(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Global Security Systems Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Global Security Systems Manager is a key member of the Corporate Security Leadership team, responsible for leading the company's corporate security technology and access control team. This position is directly responsible for contributing to the safety and security of Woodward workers by setting the strategy, direction, and implementation of standards for the physical security systems (e.g., physical access control, visitor management, mass notification, video management, emergency notification, etc.) The Global Security Systems Manager is also responsible for ensuring the systems comply with all applicable regulatory and compliance standards such as ITAR and all other government contracting requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
- Establishes, communicates, and implements area strategies, objectives, and plans with regards to physical access management and security technology.
- Manages the development, implementation, and compliance of physical security systems and access management standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure systems and access control personnel are delivering maximum value to the business.
- Works closely with business leaders in the strategic planning process for development, implementation, and design of the corporate-wide security system technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding security systems operations and initiatives.
- Work closely with the Global Security Director and other members of the security team on vulnerability and risk assessments related to company owned and/or leased facilities.
- Develop and build a security infrastructure and access management team to bring a value-added service to the organization.
- Identify and schedule all appropriate inspections and audits of global security systems
What We Are Looking For
- US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor's degree is required; will accept experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in a similar role required
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with little oversight or direction
- Knowledge of access control systems, surveillance technology, perimeter security, and building safety protocols.
- Ability to adapt security strategies to local contexts.
- Ability to identify and schedule all appropriate inspections and audits of global security systems,
- Ability to be available on a 24-hour basis to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or critical incident.
- Clear and concise communication to share security policies and updates with stakeholders,
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Ability to manage crises, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or physical security threats
- Certified Protection Professional and/or Certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) through ASIS International or equivalent certification preferred
