Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Production Manager or Supervisor, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to oversee our manufacturing processes. This individual will manage members, metrics and production on the shop floor at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL on 2nd shift.

What you will be doing
* Supporting members to achieve daily build rates on the production floor
* Managing new members, training programs and members progression in the role
* Monitoring and managing daily metrics for the department
* Overseeing production metrics, on time delivery and production schedules
* Participating in continuous improvement projects
* Ensuring product specifications are being met per customer requirements
What We Are Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED is required
* Previous leadership experience is required
* Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or operations role is required
* Strong ability to work with and manage new teams and members and diverse groups
