• Level 1- Estimated annual base pay: $63,400.00 (minimum) - $80,100.00 (midpoint) - $95,000.00 (maximum)
• Level 2- Estimated annual base pay: $90,560.00 (minimum) - $113,200.00 (midpoint) - $135,840.00 (maximum)

This person will be responsible for supporting our customer needs to ensure deliverables and requirements are being met. What You Will Be Doing

• Performing PPAP (Part Production Approval Process) to verify production processes can be completed.
• Collaborating with engineering, operations, sales and other teams within the organization to conduct investigations and provide support to corrective actions.
• Implementing quality planning processes including but not limited to PFMEA (Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis) and FAI (First Article Inspections) to ensure standards and specifications are met.
• Participate, facilitate and/or represent quality team during audits.
• Conducting and participating in Continuous Improvement projects and implementing RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) to prevent quality issues from reoccurring.
• Minimal travel required both domestic and internationally.

What We Are Looking For

Level 1

• An Associate's degree is required.
• 3 or more years of experience in a quality related field is required.
• Previous experience with Quality Management Systems is highly desired.

Level 2

• US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
• 5 years of quality, engineering, machine shop, assembly or functional testing experience required
• 5 years of Quality Management Systems experience, including experience related to document management, internal and/or external audits, nonconforming material control, and root cause and corrective action processes, is required.
