Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're Mechanical Designer / Drafter, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Advanced level drafter or Entry level designer. Under limited to no supervision as a drafter, performs drafting assignments and tasks for departments / internal customer groups. Under direct supervision as a designer, performs design application assignments and tasks for departments / internal customer groups.

What You Will Be Doing

Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or International equivalent at an intermediate level.Must be able to create 3D models of simpler designs and create complex 2D drawings to acceptable drafting practices.Must be able to perform entry level linear stack up studies.What We Are Looking For

Intermediate CAD software skills.The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a teamThe ability to assist other drafters with tasks. Demonstrated ability on a day-to-day basis to effectively balance workload for a drafting group only.Education- Some vocational, college level courses, 2-year degree, technical certificate or applicable experience preferred.Less than 2 years MCAD drafting experience, general machining, fabrication, and manufacturing knowledge required.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and / or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
