We are seeking a dedicated Moulder Operator to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Overview:
As a Moulder Operator, you will play a key role in our production process by reading work orders, preparing lumber for various jobs, operating and maintaining the moulder, and ensuring high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders to prepare materials for production.
- Select and pull the necessary lumber for specific jobs.
- Operate the moulder to create custom profiles and components.
- Perform routine maintenance on the moulder as needed.
- Sharpen knives and adjust settings for optimal moulder performance.
- Inspect and defect materials to maintain high-quality standards. Tally and track finished products.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of woodworking products and supplies (will evolve with training).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with woodworking machines such as table saws, rip saws, finger joiners, resaws, and band saws preferred. We are willing to train candidates with basic woodworking skills.
- The ability to read and use calipers for moulder operations is a plus.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of woodworking.
