Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. You'll be the face of our store, helping pet parents find the perfect products and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in the pet industry is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a passion for animals and retail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm, helpful attitude
• Schedule services for grooming and bathing
• Assist with sales of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
• Support grooming staff with client check-ins and check-outs
• Help with light cleaning and merchandising duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for animals and a customer-first attitude
• Previous retail or pet industry experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
