Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be critical in assisting pets and pet parents by ensuring their needs are met. We want every pet to be excited to come into Woof Gang and you will be vital in making this happen. You will be a key part of all store operations.
Compensation
- $16 hourly pay

Responsibilities
- Assist pet parents by anticipating their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Schedule bookings for the dog groomer's schedule online and over the phone.
- Understand the services and products and be able to explain them to clients along with pricing.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash deposits, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Updating pet profiles and records.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Marketing and Event planning.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with pet parents and team members.
- Love animals and people, and wants to help them.
- Able to use POS software and tools for register, inventory control, and reporting.
- Enjoys working in a team and is open to learning new things.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
