Your Leadership at Woof Gang Bakery

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of your store, guiding and inspiring your team while ensuring an exceptional experience for both pets and their parents. You will lead by example, helping to create a positive and energetic store environment. What You’ll Do:Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
• Foster a team-oriented, encouraging atmosphere where all associates feel supported and valued.

Customer Service Excellence

• Set the standard for exceptional pet parent service, ensuring each customer receives a personalized experience.
• Ensure that all team members deliver the highest quality customer care with compassion and knowledge.
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Oversee store safety, security, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Implement merchandising strategies, including product placement, stocking, and pricing to ensure the store is always presentable and well-stocked.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for both customers and employees.

Staff Development & Training

• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to your team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Ensure associates are knowledgeable about products and services, encouraging learning and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Monitor team performance, providing positive reinforcement and constructive guidance where needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role with constant interaction with pet parents.
• Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year managing or supervising a team of 4 or more employees, delegating tasks, and coordinating operations.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Retail Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, including cash handling, store safety, and security protocols.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
• Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating long-lasting relationships.
