We are scaling rapidly and as such we’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help organize and streamline our legacy systems and processes. This is a many-hats role, so a solid work ethic and the ability to learn on the fly are a must!

Responsibilities:
- Onboard new Trade Accounts
- Fill out onboarding documents, and provide COIs, terms, pricing, and associated agreements to new and existing accounts
- Track onboarding status and work with additional team members to ensure all components are delivered and completed
- Manage Tradeshow Logistics
- Book booth spaces, and team accommodations, work with 3rd party vendors and internal team to generate assets, and ensure timely delivery and transfer of trade show materials
- Attend key trade shows and exhibitions when required
- Serve as point of contact between Sales / Marketing/ Operations teams
- Oversee, coordinate, and source high-impact marketing collateral, including shippers, countertop displays, window clings, shelf talkers, PDQs, swag, etc.
- Collect feedback from key retail partners to assess the success of messaging and marketing efforts.
- Manage ongoing inventories of sales materials
- Coordinate sales meetings, outbound high-touch samples, presentations, and promotional tracking for trade partners
- Liaise between sales and marketing/product teams to make sure the sales team is up to date with accurate messaging and product assortment
- Assist with sales forecasting
- Communicate upcoming launches, pitches, and sales promotions to the Operations Team and Project Manager
- Aid in the reconciliation of claims, shortages, and chargebacks with vendors
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in CPG, preferably in a B2B capacity
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
