Administrative Assistant- Woofie's of South Tampa

Woofie’s of South Tammpa is seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with the day-to-day on-site responsibilities. This position is about 20 to 30 hours a week. Our local Woofie’s team is made up of passionate providers of personalized pet services.  They take the time to get to know each client and pet so that they can provide them with the best care.  Woofie’s also brings the comforts and amenities of an upscale grooming salon to the privacy and convenience of client homes. Our fully equipped, self-contained mobile spa with state-of-the-art grooming equipment is designed for maximum safety, comfort, and convenience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to any inquiries in a timely manner 
• Scheduling of new and current clients to include rescheduling 
• Manage groomer and sitter schedules  
• Manage client files and update the information accordingly  
• Ensure all visits are assigned and completed 
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned or needed 
• Manage Outlook correspondence and respond in a timely manner 
• Follow company procedures to organize messages 
• Add appointment notes for groomers and sitters 
• Be an emergency backup sitter 
• Use company message boards as needed for communications 

Qualifications; 

• Have a love of animals/pets 
• 1 to 3 yrs. of customer service experience 
• 1 to 3 yrs. of data entry experience 
• Previous use of scheduling software desired, but not necessary 

• Proficient in Outlook 
• Detailed-oriented 
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
