Summary :
Woojin IS America (WISA) is seeking a Document Control Coordinator to support our Light Rail Vehicle Retrofit Project. This position will focus on documentation management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient communication within the project team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling structured documentation tasks. No technical background is required.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update logs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Track, organize, and file project documentation, including customer responses.
- Prepare and package finalized documents for submission.
- Submit finalized documents to the customer.
- Distribute customer responses to internal project team members in a timely manner.
- Support the project team in maintaining compliance with document control procedures.
- Provide additional support to the Project Team when necessary to meet project objectives and timelines.
