Location : Onsite (Bellevue, WA) Summary : Woojin IS America (WISA) is seeking an On-Site Lead for our Light Rail Vehicle Retrofit Project in Bellevue, WA. This position will work at a customer’s project site in Bellevue, WA but report to WISA headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will have balanced skillsets in both hands-on and managerial tasks. Experience in the rail industry is preferred. Responsibilities : Manage and oversee site activities performed by subcontractor workforce. Ensure subcontractor work meets the project requirements and quality standards. Perform acceptance testing on finished vehicles and obtain customer approval. Act as an on-site point of contact for the customer. Create site work reports and test reports. Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems and vehicle circuits. Report on site activity status to Project Manager. Publish and maintain Car History Books. Manage product and materials inventory. Manage on-site assets such as tools and instruments. Qualifications : Experience or education in electrical and electronic systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in the rail industry Experience in rail vehicle retrofit or production projects. Hands-on experience in electrical or electronic systems.
