Wool Plumbing Supply is seeking a mid-level manager to oversee a warehouse distribution facility and showroom for a major plumbing supply company located in Sunrise, FL. If you have experience managing in a wholesale distribution warehouse environment, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Warehouse Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operation including: ensuring all packing slip orders and transfers are filled, checked, palletized, and shipped, ensuring products are received quickly, accurately, and stocked appropriately, overseeing the shipping department and fleet, in addition to managing trade counter sales to ensure customers are being handled quickly and efficiently. Warehouse managers are responsible for 6 - 12 team members on average, including CDL B drivers in warehouses that range from 15,000 - 30,000 square feet.
Branch Facility Managers oversee entire branch operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the warehouse, inside sides team, counter sales team, and showroom. Managers oversee 10 - 24 team members on average. The position requires strong communication skills in addition to multitasking in a high-pace work environment.
