Job Description:
wool& is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. You will report into Whitney, our Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies, including campaign set-up, day-to-day campaign management, monitoring bids/budgets/ad set performance, creative rotation, optimizing against our target KPIs, and owning campaign and creative performance reporting. This role and our organization are highly collaborative. There's opportunity to work closely with our graphic designers, merchants, and photography team as well. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:
Advertising Support:
- Assist in the execution of ad concepts, including creating, editing and updating assets for paid campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and others as needed.
- Work with the marketing team to test and optimize creative assets and headlines for performance.
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets that with broader marketing goals and campaigns, including copy, visuals, and videos.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance, creative performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for performance improvement at a weekly and monthly cadence.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates, advertising trends, and competitor strategies to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Provide recommendations to the team on tech stack, marketing channels, audience-building and benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Figma.
- Social media savvy with in-depth understanding of Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok capabilities.
