Woolaver Orthodontics has an opening for a Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team of dental professionals in Phoenix, AZ! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care plans and ensuring a seamless experience within our clinic. This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of orthodontic treatment, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients and referring dentists.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday - Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday, hours vary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure alignment with referring dentists.
- Foster relationships with every new patient as well as referring dentists.
- Tracking all new patients and following up with pending patients
- Maintain a certain conversion rate (75-85%)
- Strong understanding of orthodontic insurance and submitting pre-estimates
- Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance at all times
- Assist in the collection of payments
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide administrative support to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Scan with Itero for every new patient (new patient records)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthodontic office, preferably with treatment coordinating
- Familiarity with insurance processes and writing contracts
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
