Overview
Bermello Ajamil, a Woolpert Company (BA) has an immediate opening in its Coral Gables office for a full-time Senior Interior Designer (10 years of experience) that is looking to join a creative, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have primary responsibility for project planning, development and execution, and management of technical documentation. The candidate will be directly responsible for design and translating client requirements from concept to completion and will lead project teams and mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities
- Design interior projects and participate in all phases of design development
- Collaborate with new and existing clients
- Knowledge of finish options and proper applications according to project budget
- Preparation of presentations and design drawings
- Coordinate design teams
- Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts with ability to develop functional requirements and project-design criteria.
- Demonstrate understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior design concepts with ability to develop design element components.
- Coordinate integration of basic engineering systems into the overall project design. Respond to technical implications of design decisions.
- Facilitate firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability.
