The candidate will be working on multiple airport-related projects and will be responsible for preparing drawings for permitting and bidding. This is a full-time onsite position.

USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform architectural assignments under general supervision
- Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
- Create and modify architectural project designs and drawings; design review and project scheduling
- Prepare graphics, presentations, contract drawings, and regulatory submissions
- Organize and maintain project record information and drawings
- Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers
- Ability to apply architectural principles to buildings/structures and their components or assemblies.
- Ability to handle designing and drafting assignments including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections required
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines and improve process and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to write reports and specifications required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of airport, transportation or other large scale commercial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree a plus
- Florida Architectural License preferred, or NCARB certification
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Must enjoy collaborating with a design team
- Proficient in Revit
- Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
