This position is responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for projects focused on Airport Projects from inception thru completion. This position is key in establishing and improving client relationships and growth within a client base as well as securing repeat opportunity within a client base.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Responsible for and manages project profit/loss
- Identify, address, and resolve project issues
- Analyze project resource needs and work partners to determine budget and resource allocation
- Develop detailed project scope, schedules, and plans
- Communicate client needs and expectations
- Negotiate project schedule, fee, and scope
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and set up project data within internals systems
- Conduct project status update meetings to communicate, address, resolve, and anticipate project issues
- Ensure client collections are performed in a timely manner
- Manage project documentation and filing system. Ensure project QA/QC is performed
- Secure new business opportunities and generate new leads
- Develop written proposals leads efforts related to project proposals
- Create and maintain professional client relationships
- Project Management experience managing Aviation projects
- Expert in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Must be able to travel to meet the needs and demands of the project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
