In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and directly impacting our mission to get more kids on bikes.
What You’ll Do:
- Boost Online Sales & Conversions: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV) to support our revenue goals.
- Website Management: Oversee daily website operations, ensuring seamless functionality, regular content updates, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Content Updates & Campaigns: Manage and update website content hands-on to keep it engaging and brand-consistent. Plan and execute product launches and promotions with accurate sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Promotions & Discounts: Oversee discount codes and promotions, tracking usage against budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with Woom’s business objectives.
- Landing Page Optimization: Create a roadmap for landing page improvements to boost user engagement, lead generation, and overall user flow, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead SEO Efforts: Take charge of comprehensive SEO efforts, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building, partnering with agencies to increase organic growth and search visibility.
- A/B Testing & Personalization: Manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and personalization, ensuring a seamless, impactful website experience.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Present complex data clearly to guide data-driven decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure all web content is accurate, visually correct, and functional across devices and browsers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Meet with stakeholders to provide insights, recommendations, and reports on digital initiatives’ effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Support and develop the professional growth of direct reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, or website management with proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.
- 2 years’ experience with SEO; with proven track record of driving organic growth and performance with deep understanding of technical SEO, on page-optimization and content strategies.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
- Strong analytics skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics ,GTM, and Tracking/Events
