About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, North America , this role is the backbone of our B2B operations, helping to streamline processes, optimize sales systems, and drive impactful improvements . Youll be the go-to expert for sales tools, pipeline analytics, and dealer communicationsall while ensuring our sales team has everything they need to succeed.
This role is 80% operations-focused , with an additional 20% dedicated to B2B inside sales support . If you love building scalable solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and making a direct impact on sales velocity, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What Youll Do
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Partner with the Sales Steering Manager to optimize the sales pipeline and forecasting
- Select, implement, and manage key sales tools to improve performance
- Support inside sales by assisting dealers and partners, ensuring top-tier service and communication
- Lead dealer communication efforts to keep B2B partners informed and engaged
- Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing peer-level support
- Support events and showroom operations to help create standout experiences
