Digital Business Division Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support growth initiatives across our company's services, focusing on Gen AI and CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies and proposals
- Support program management or business development, analyst roles with expertise in CRM, email marketing, and/or Gen AI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in CRM, marketing, and/or Gen AI in business development or business analyst roles
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the digital landscape (a plus)
- Proven track record of driving results and contributing to business growth
